Introduction to ADAM BBSes
Herman and George resurrect their A-NET and TBBS BBS systems and show you how to use them. User accounts will be created for all delegates. There is a Treasure Hunt contest which requires use of the BBSes, so pay attention!
11:00-12:00 noon Session 2: Elanor Drushel
ColecoVision and ADAM Games
Elanor reviews her favorite games and shows you how to play them, using both real ADAMs and emulators.
Note: Audience participation encouraged. Play some games!

Guy presents updated versions of his utility programs which make it easier to use Marcel de Kogel's ADAMEM emulator.

Understanding Boolean logic algebra and truth tables. Includes hands-on experimenting in SmartBASIC.

Schematics Are the Map to Treasure
Drawing and understanding schematics to solve problems.
Introduction to ADAM hardware interfaces, drawing schematics, and optionally using a circuit simulator for DOS to test them.
11:00 AM-12:00 noon Session 2: Rich Drushel
Introduction to Autonomous Robotics
Learn what an autonomous robot is and how to control it through sensory feedback. Provides the theoretical background for Session 3.

2:00-6:00 PM Session 3: Rich Drushel
Building an Autonomous LEGO Robot
Take a short version of Rich's famed LEGO robot course and build and program an obstacle-avoiding robot. There will be a contest at the end!
